Vendor Information

Registration— Vendor spaces always sell out! Registrations will be accepted in the order received, providing that setup and size are compatible with the park layout, and the condition of the river and grounds. Register early to ensure that you get a space. Deadlines are printed on the registration form. You may register for Saturday only or for Saturday and Sunday. No Sunday-only registrations are accepted. Registration fee is the same for one day or for two days. Confirmations will be sent within 30 days of your postmark.

Arrivals— Stay to the right on Mill Street when you arrive, and do not block residents’ driveways or worker access to their parking area. Vendors will be admitted on Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Arriving earlier and lining up on Mill Street could result in a ticket! On Saturday, vendor admittance is 6:00 to 8:00 a.m. Vendors not present by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday will forfeit their reservations unless prior arrangements have been made.

SPaces— Each space is 15’ across the front and 25’ deep. Trailers and vehicles are to be parked in your space, so be sure to reserve enough room. All spaces are pre-assigned, and assignments are distributed upon arrival. Your assignment sheet will be your gate pass if you leave on Saturday and return on Sunday. Spaces do not include tables or electricity. Vendors may not move from their assigned spaces on Sunday.

Sales— Vendors are to remain open for business until at least 3:00 p.m. Saturday, weather permitting. Sales must be “take home” merchandise. Vendors may not sell live animals, food or beverages intended for immediate consumption, firearms, pornographic material, items illegal under Illinois statutes (e.g., switchblades, drug paraphernalia), and items deemed inappropriate by AACA. Drive-on passes for customers purchasing large items will be issued at the Vendor Registration Tent.
